Tino Agustin De Guevara, President
Tino De Guevara was born and raised in Santa Barbara. He attended local schools here in the city and went on to earn a Masters degree. Tino worked for the City of Fresno and later at San Jose University. After an absence of thirty years, Tino returned to his hometown to care for his ailing father and participate in local community activities. Christopher Stocking, Vice President

Chris Stocking is a retired British news journalist who once worked for the television arm of the US news agency Associated Press in Washington DC. He now lives on the East Side and is studiously enjoying all the benefits of life in his chosen home town. As he puts it himself, “Santa Barbara is a paradise for me, and I’d like to help make it the same for everyone who lives and works here.”

Kathrine Soto Vazques, Secretary
Elizabeth "Zebby" Day, Treasurer

Elizabeth “Zebby “ Day is a newcomer to Santa Barbara and the East Side. But that doesn’t mean she’s less committed to her new home town. She looks forward to helping the East Side Society achieve its objectives. Zebby works as a flight attendant and probably has the longest commute to work of anyone in Santa Barbara. She is based out of London, England. Zebby has previously acted as a volunteer helping AIDS patients and children with psychiatric issues.
